Why I'm passionate about changing lives

My journey into fitness started from a place of pain. As a former bike racer, I met with a life-changing accident that left me with broken ribs, spinal disc bulges, and paralysis for six months. Doctors even suggested spine transplantation, but through self-determination, physiotherapy, and disciplined workouts, I rebuilt my strength and returned to bodybuilding.

That experience taught me resilience, discipline, and the true power of the human body to heal and transform. Today, as a certified personal trainer with over 12 years of experience, I channel that journey into helping others.

I’m passionate about changing lives because I know what it feels like to be broken—and what it means to come back stronger. My mission is to guide people through their own transformations, whether it’s weight loss, strength building, injury recovery, or lifestyle improvement.
